FAMA Car Wash (“we”, “us”), operated by Easy Technology, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Phone number — to sign you in via a one-time code (OTP) and identify your account.
- Name — shown on your tickets and used for service.
- Vehicle details you provide — car type, plate, and wash code, to process and track your wash.
- Wash history — records of your past washes and their status.
- Notification token — a device identifier used only to send you push notifications.
- Basic technical data — app version and diagnostics needed to run the service reliably.
We do not collect payment card details in the app.
How we use your information
- To create your account and sign you in.
- To process, track, and display the status of your car wash.
- To send you notifications about your wash.
- To provide customer support and improve the service.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the app, under appropriate safeguards:
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — to deliver push notifications.
- Cloud hosting — to run our servers and store your data securely.
- SMS provider — to deliver your one-time login code.
We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app, or by emailing us at support@famacarwash.com. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data, except where we must retain it to comply with the law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), one-time-code authentication, and access controls. See our Security page for details.
Children
FAMA Car Wash is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated effective date.
