How do I track my car wash?
Open the app and go to the “My Car” tab. You'll see your car's live status and a progress bar from washing to ready for pickup.
How do I get notified when my car is ready?
FAMA sends a push notification the moment your wash is complete. Make sure notifications are enabled.
How do I log in?
Enter your phone number and confirm the one-time code (OTP) we send by SMS. No password needed.
Which languages are supported?
Kurdish, Arabic, and English — switch anytime in Settings.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in the app and choose “Delete account”, or email us and we'll remove your account and data.
